I wrote about one of my friendship breakups yesterday and it relates to this prompt as well. When i separated myself from my toxic friend, she wanted to talk about our situation. We talked and i told her about how I felt when we were friends and how she would always leave me out and stuff. She wanted to become friends again, but i had to set boundaries and ask if i could have some time alone from her.  This kind of helped and hurt my connection. I had to put myself first because of the experience that i had with her. We are not still friends, but sometimes i smile at her in the hallway and i still tell her happy birthday. But it was an important boundary that had to be made.

summary- I did the commonlit today in class.
