Think about a time when learning a new word or understanding a specific term helped you better analyze a text, express an idea, or make your writing stronger.

I cannot think of a specific time when this happened but more in my high school years when i would find myself repeating words, I will look up powerful synonyms and alternative words for the word that i was repeating. Putting better vocabulary in my essays or assignments would help support and bring more powerful messages and understandings of the assignment. I really like doing this because of how it makes my writing feel different and more expressive through bigger words.

summary- in class we did lots of vocabulary work.
reflection- learning new words and how to incorporate them in sentences.
