Write about a time when something in your life changed more quickly than you expected

When i was in seventh grade, I had a trio of best friends. We did everything together and we would always hang out on Friday. It was so much fun and i thought it would be like that forever. But mid year during seventh grade. Our trio started to feel more like a duo, with me being the one who is left out. But it got resolved eventually and we were better again. But over the summer i had a fight with the girl i was closer to in the group and i just felt disconnected again. During 8th grade, i was put in different classes than my other 2 friends. I just felt disconnected and lost. It was so strange how fast our friendship changed. It did not feel like a good change at the time. Yet during 8th grade, i grew and connected with new people i never would have.

summary- i was not present for class today, but I read from this post that we read a poem.

reflection- digging deeper into the meaning of a poem, im guessing.
