 When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood? 


When I am angry, usually I don't want to be bothered or else it will result in me getting more annoyed. I like being alone and trying to calm down, especially if I am angry at my family. I try and distract myself on my phone, or try and think about something else. Usually, I can't concentrate when i'm mad, so if I am doing homework, I take a break. When i'm sad, sometimes I will go to my mom to talk or just lay in my bed. And sometimes my dogs will help me feel better.
