The most challenging part is trying to get everyone to do the same amount of work. Its hard when one person does all the work or one person just doesn't do anything at all. I don't have specific time when I had a really bad experience, but almost always in a group project, especially when its due further on in the week, one person always doesn't do something or wait till the very last minute to do it. But sometimes they can be fun, but the work needs to get done.
