If I were to plan the perfect Spring break I would want to go to Greece. I really want to go there because of the beautiful landscape and beautiful culture and buildings. I would love to go with some of my best friends because it would be so much fun. Everyday we would go visit a new place and go shopping and go swimming in the beaches. I really would love to go there to experience the beautiful country.

I really enjoyed this course because learning new things was easy and the concepts were not difficult to understand. What I enjoyed the most about this class is how deep we dove into the meaning of things. Nothing was ever just on there surface, we really dove into to see the deeper, hidden meanings of whatever we were learning. Prompt: Describe a time when you took a hiatus from something important. What led to the break, and how did it impact you?

In seventh grade, me and my best friend had sort of a fight.  It was a stupid argument, and it was during the summer. After our fight we didn't really talk for the rest of the summer. I was really scared that i would lose my best friend because of this. But i realized that if our friendship could crumble after one little fight, lour friendship would not have gone anywhere. I thought that we were really good friends, but i realized how friendship didn't have any real foundation. So that was my hiatus, a break from a friendship. And it taught me value strong friendships and make sure to build them strongly. And now she is still my best friend to this day.  summary- We learned more rhetoric elements reflection- learning more of the meanings of these elements.

  Think about a time when learning a new word or understanding a specific term helped you better analyze a text, express an idea, or make your writing stronger. I cannot think of a specific time when this happened but more in my high school years when i would find myself repeating words, I will look up powerful synonyms and alternative words for the word that i was repeating. Putting better vocabulary in my essays or assignments would help support and bring more powerful messages and understandings of the assignment. I really like doing this because of how it makes my writing feel different and more expressive through bigger words. summary- in class we did lots of vocabulary work. reflection- learning new words and how to incorporate them in sentences.
